Solution Focus

"FocusLive PSA" – Professional Services Automation for managing and planning projects, phases, time and expense recording through self-service portal , outlook integration, billing, pre-invoicing and integration with leading ERP systems.

"FocusLive Service Desk" for service companies to manage service cases and support as well as IT Helpdesk to manage incidents, service cases, queues, automatic dispatching, automated messages, notifications, escalation,  contracts, assets, inventory , SLA,  change and release management.

"FocusLive HR" – HR and Recruitment module which includes Employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, Talent management, Employee record education, certifications, skills, competencies,  work conditions, assets etc. Positions and organization hierarchy, recruitment management including CV parsing, candidates, vacancies, linked-in integration and more.

"FocusLive SFA" – extended Sales Force Automation tool which enriches Dynamics CRM with sales tools such as sales configurator, quote/order printing and emailing, sales processes, organization hierarchy views, geo-localization views, advanced opportunity and lead assignments etc.
